How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I cancel my Clutch Premium subscription?
From the app, go to your Profile → Go Premium → Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. All personal data is removed within 30 days.
My pick didn't register — what happened?
Picks must be placed before the scheduled game start time. If a game was postponed or cancelled, your pick is automatically voided with no streak impact and you'll receive a push notification.
How are monthly winners determined?
The player with the longest active win streak at the end of each calendar month wins, provided they have a minimum streak of 5. See our Terms of Service for full contest rules.
